How Top Source Funding's text messages work, and how to stop them.

The program
Top Source Funding business funding messages. When you apply with Top Source Funding and agree to be contacted, you may receive text messages from Top Source Funding, its funding partner LendSeek, or service providers texting on their behalf, including Boomsourcing, about your application, your funding options, reminders to finish an application you started, documents we need, and offers related to business funding.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive them is not a condition of receiving funding.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL, tell us in any other reasonable way, call (844) 236-2639, or email [email protected].

Timing
We send texts only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time, or narrower hours where your state requires it.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that send messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Acceptance.
Do-Not-Call policy
Top Source Funding keeps an internal Do-Not-Call list. If you ask us not to call or text you, by any reasonable means, we add your number to it and stop within 10 business days, and we keep the request on file for at least five years. The people who call on our behalf, including Boomsourcing, are trained on this policy and use the same list. Anyone who calls for us will give their name, say they are calling for Top Source Funding, and give a number or address where we can be reached. We scrub against the National Do-Not-Call Registry and applicable state lists for any number we do not have consent to call.
